Black spots or blackheads usually appear in the T area of the skin, meaning on the forehead, nose and chin. But especially on the nose.

In medical terms, blackheads are called comedones and they’re follicles with a larger opening than normal, clogged to say it more explicit, due to sebum and dead skin cells gathering that block the oxidation of the melanin, which is the natural substance that gives our skin its color, thus blackening and sometimes even getting infected if not treated in time or properly.
Here are a few natural methods that will help you get rid of blackheads in 10 minutes:
Steam them once a week
Steaming sessions are great for the skin. It deep cleans all impurities, dead skin cells and sebum. After steaming your skin for 10 minutes the blackheads will be easier to get out, the pores will close and the overall appearance of your skin will visibly improve.
Chamomile tea steaming is considered to be one of the most efficient. To do a proper steaming session, make chamomile tea in a large pot (it doesn’t have to be completely filled with tea), put in on the table (you can use a wooden cutting board to sit the pot on to avoid ruining the table), and with the use of a towel, which you place over your head, pamper your skin with the most efficient and easy to do skin cleaning method. Make sure you keep your eyes closed, while doing this.
Use blackheads strips
You don’t necessarily have to buy them. You can make your own by mixing 1 teaspoon of flour, 1 teaspoon of warm water and half a teaspoon of honey. Mix everything together. Cut a few strips out of a bandage and apply the “glue” on it. Put the bandage with the glue on your nose and leave it to dry off (about 10 minutes). Strip it off and there you go!
